Our project participants wear apparel that is custom designed for our organization. This helps us to be able to identify each other when traveling as well as authenticate you when on site. Here is the size chart for that apparel:
In order to participate on a project you must have a medical evaluation form completed by your physician. This is to ensure that you are healthy enough to travel to the locations where we serve. Here is the form that you can print out to take to your doctor:
